We are inviting interested applicants to apply for the Vacant Positions stated above and submit the following documents to the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) of the Margosatubig Regional Hospital for evaluation, to wit;

  1. Letter Application (Please indicate the position applied)
  2. Updated Personal Data Sheet (PDS) CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017
  3. Photocopy of Transcript of Records
  4. Copy of Certificate of Rating (CSC, RA 1080), if applicable
  5. Certificate of Trainings/Seminar relevant to the position applied (photocopy)
  6. CS Form No. 212 Work Experience Sheet (if applicable)
  7. Awards/Letter of Commendation received, if any
  8. Performance Rating in the last rating period (photocopy) if currently employed in the government

Submit all the above requirements on or before 5:00 PM, April 26, 2024 (Friday)

Further, only applicants with complete documents shall be considered for evaluation.
